Shipping Policy
Once your order is received you will receive a confirmation email. We will notify you once your order is dispatched in a separate email.
Items are dispatched within 3 business days via Royal Mail (Next Day within UK) Tracked delivery.
We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations.
If your order is to be delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import duty and local sales taxes that customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance are to be paid by the customer. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
PLEASE NOTE that due to current regulations, we cannot send perfume outside of the UK. We are working on finding efficient ways to send our perfume internationally in the future.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if you have concerns or if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of purchase before sending any items back.
Please include your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred in your message.
Purchases made online are governed by UK distance selling regulations and the returns policy differs from in-store purchases.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of despatch. Please return the goods unworn and with all the original tags intact and enclose the invoice you received with your delivery.
We politely ask that you do not try any items whilst wearing deodorant or perfume.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund used or customer-damaged items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Certain items cannot be exchanged or returned, such as customised/ bespoke items, items from our upcycled/reworked vintage range, and beauty products.
For hygiene reasons, perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend that you return the goods via recorded delivery. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting. Without this, we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
We will send you our return address after receiving your exchange/ return request.
